Financial administration

Financial administration of a complex private settlement

The challenge

A private dispute required financial records to be reconciled, allocations between the parties to be calculated and payments to be administered.

Our work

HLB CMA SA Inc. prepared the liquidation and distribution account, reconciled assets and liabilities, calculated each party’s allocation and administered the payments. The engagement was delivered by HLB CMA SA Inc. with assistance from MBA Legal, our legal services provider.

The deliverable

The work brought the financial account, allocation calculations and payment administration together in a coordinated process supporting implementation of the settlement.
